American Family Insurance Skills Challenge
The underarmour all-america game presented by american family insurance. And we will have loads of pins and needles moments for college football fans coming up tomorrow. Absolutely. You see some of the top prospects in the nation led by five star cornerbacks, kendall sheffield getting ready to make his announcement, ronald jones jr. Down between notre dame and usc, the one-time oklahoma state commit. These players all will announce during our coverage of the underarmour all-america game. This is the american family insurance skills challenge. Time for the underarmour hands competition. And we take a look at the score, team armour with a clean sweep of the first event with the linemen, 2-0, the lead for team armour against team highlight. Here are the rules. This is another timed event based solely on time. The wide receivers and defensive backs have a little bit different of a strategy and rules through this. The receivers will have three balls to catch after the initial revolution.
The defensive backs will recover a fumble and then have one fewer catch to make as well. The tackling dummies, catch that third and final ball. It will be a jump ball. And we will start with george campbell for team highlight trying to get them on the board. Number one athlete in the 2015 class. And this guy can fly. I mean, he rolls out of bed and runs a 4.4. As we see him, the last one he dropped. Now he's got to catch this one. Use his speed. That's a one-second penalty for each drop. Have to get through the entire roped course.
There's a penalty for each square that you miss as well. Nice catch there. Absolutely, showed very good extension. Weaving his way through the bags, ability to change direction and burst out of those breaks. And his final catch. That's not part of it, but style points for sure. Jimmy graham seems to be part of this competition. That's not a penalty here. So one second on the penalty there. 25.83, the official time. Yeah, started off here on the jug machine, dropped the last one and then working through the ropes.
This is a tricky one. You've got to get your feet up and down through each hole. Showing good coordination. And then nice way to finish it off with -- is that a 360 dunk? Pretty much was. How about that? He is the number one athlete, and you can see why. Absolutely. So george campbell going against kordell broadus. The son of snoop. Quick hands right there, made all of his catches. Still uncommitted for college. Still deciding as he goes through the ropes course.
Does a nice job working through the ropes. Once again, he works through the gauntlet. Shows a little bit of pop there on the big dummy. As he weaves his way through. One final catch, has to beat 26.83. And he just does. No penalty on that runun. A clean run, and a little layup for you. Yeah, he didn't match campbell on the dunk, but throughout the obstacle course, an outstanding job with his hands. You see how quick they are. The hand/eye coordination.
Everything that they threw to him, he caught as he worked through the gauntlet. Really finished nice. He is a tough receiver. And where he excels is in contested matchups. And you can see why. With the strength that he has as well as his strong hands to go up and get the football. What's his best attribute, do you think? The ability to win in contested matchups. And you see that why with the hand/eye coordination.
